Terms of Service

You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and activity performed through your login. Keep your information accurate and do not share access in a way that bypasses service limits or security controls.

You retain ownership of your documents. By uploading content, you give ReTyped a limited permission to host, transmit, transform, process, and deliver that content solely to operate the service you requested.

You must have all rights, licences, consents, and legal authority needed to upload and process each file. You are solely responsible for third-party copyright, trade secret, privacy, personal data, archival, export-control, and confidentiality obligations attached to your documents.

Do not upload material unless you are allowed to disclose it to us and to our subprocessors for processing. If you upload infringing or unlawful material, the legal responsibility remains with you.

You may not use the service to break the law, violate third-party rights, upload malware, probe or attack the platform, scrape the service, automate around quotas, resell access without permission, or process content connected to fraud, harassment, or other abusive activity.

You must independently review all outputs. ReTyped is not a substitute for human review and must not be relied on as the sole basis for legal, medical, regulatory, compliance, archival, financial, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact reconstruction, translation fidelity, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReTyped will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, use, or data arising from or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of ReTyped for any claim related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the claim or EUR 100. Mandatory consumer protections and non-excludable liabilities still apply where required by law.

We may change, pause, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including features, limits, supported providers, or availability. We may suspend or terminate accounts that create legal, operational, or security risk.
